I need a list of homes(realestate property for homes for sale in eldorado,arkansas in the price range of 95,00
95.00 r 95,000 dollars??
Help with linear equations…?
I’m Asking for help, not answers. Thanks.
A realestate office handles and apartment complex w/ 50 units. when the rent is $580/month all 50 units are used. when the rent is $625 the avg. # of units occupied drops to 47. the relationship between the monthly rent (p) and the demand (x) is linear. (demand refers to the # of occupied units)
i just need help starting to write a linear equation for this problem. I understand the the slope of the line will be 15, but i have no clue where to go from there, any HELP (not answers) would be greatly apprectiated. thanks.
let x = mp +b
when p=580, x=50 p1=580 x1=50
when p=625, x=47 p2=625 x2=47
slope=(x2-x1)/(p2-p1) =-3/45=-1/15
x=-(1/15)p+b
50 =(-1/15)580+b
b=50+580/15=50+38.67=88.87
x=(-1/15)p+88.67 (linear equation)
slope is -1/15, as the rent increases, demand decrease. Slope must be negative.

what does marginal mean when talking about realestate property?
right on the edge
i’m so beyond stressed i dont know what to do. help!?
ok, first off, i’m 25, still going to college, and unfortionitly still living at home with my mom. i’ve been dating a guy for over 4 years now, who also lives with his mom, and a few weeks ago he proposed.
we’ve been trying to find a place for almost 2 years now, but in this area we just cannot afford anything. really. i work in a realestate office with access to everything, other than moble homes, there is nothing in this area until $250,000. and as for renting, the things in our price range all have "income qualifications" and we exceed these (we are in a HIGH immigrant area so the qualifications have been set to help THEM find places). seriously, the one bedroom places around here that DONT have the income qualifications are $1600+ a mo, which is nothing we can afford.
so besides that, i work 2 part time jobs and go to school. i spoke with an advisor yesterday and my estimated grauation is spring 09. which means no full time job until then.
we were hoping to get married NEXT fall, but now with school going longer i dont think that can happen, so now we’re probably going to have to hold off until the FOLLOWING fall, thats now 2 years away!!! i never wanted to have a long engagement ![]()
but we cant get married until we have a place to live, and i cant aford anything until i have a full time job, after school.
i cant deal with this, my mom is only making things worse, she’s trying to make me quit BOTH jobs to get an internship, which wouldnt pay at all. so then there is NO money coming it. i sent her a photo of a dress i kinda like, just as an idea, and she tells me not to even bother looking!
i just want to get away from her, and live my own life, i just feel like i cant. no matter what i do i’m getting no where. help!! please!!
if i take the internship, i dont have money for gas, my bills, books… i wouldnt be able to get to the internhip OR school. and my mom will not help me out. i’ve been working since i was 15 and she hasnt given me money ONCE since i started working.
You’re definitely in a rough spot, and it seems like you have a TONS of things all going on at once. I dont envy you.
I think you should really take a step back and figure out not only what you want now, but where you want to be a few years from now. I have a feeling that your Mom is probably looking at things from a "whats best down the road" perspective, and you’re in the "here and now". So, a few comments, and understand that I’m totally unbiased here
1. Why the rush to get married? One thing I found about myself is that I changed dramatically once I was out on my own, outside of my parents roof. I’d suggest before getting married OR moving in with your b/f, you live on your own, or with a group of friends. You need some space to get out from under Mom, find out who you are. Your b/f needs to do the same. Once you’ve both established yourselves outside of Mom and Dad, then maybe you two can start looking.
2. Education is important. Get it now!!! Many people do the "Oh I’ll go back after yada yada yada" and few can do it. Work, Husband, kids, family…all will take precedence later. get your education now!
3. An internship is a smart idea actually. No, you wont make as much money. But you will establish some credibility in your field for when you get out of school. "Worked at Wal-mart as a cashier" isn’t impressive to anyone. "Worked as an intern with an organization developing yada yada yada", does. Do you want to get out of college making 30K a year, or 60K? Your call.
4. Acceptiing a proposal for marriage, isnt being married. There is no requirement for living together being engaged. If your b/f wants that, let him get out and work a few jobs and put some money away. If you guys are working two jobs and cant afford a place to live, that’s maybe saying the lifestyle you like, isn’t going to mesh well when you’re out on your own.
Best of luck
What are the requirements for getting a real estates license?
As far as education goes…also, if you have experience in this area, please explain how to go about obtaining your license.
Thanx
Depends on the state. One tip I can provide you for any state is that you should look into who is hiring and who you want to work for ahead of time. They will usually have a real estate licensing school of their own. If you sign up with them, they pay for post exam costs such as the fingerprinting, application fee, etc.
How can you buy a house without using a Realtor?
I’ve dealt with about 4 Realtors already in about 2 years trying to find my first home (in California) which has been so far a bad experience and unsuccessful. In my experiences thus far I’m come to the conculsion that all Realtors are just greedy used house salesman who really don’t have my best interest in mind. How do I go about representing myself in looking at houses or if I want to make a offer on a home. I would like to eliminate a Realtor altogether as a middle man. I would appreciate any advise given!
After taking Real Estate classes I’ve learned it is far better to use a realtor because they do all the paperwork for you and that can be a major headache. But if you want to do it yourself you will have to hire an attorney who specializes in Real Estate to write up the contracts and make sure the transaction is completed legally. You say you have dealt with Realtors before, were they just showing you the houses or were they your "buyers agent"? A buyers agent is a real estate salesperson who reprsents a buyer. They will find houses and also show them to you, you are their client and they are on your side, it becomes their legal duty to protect you. They must do what is in your best interest and cannot share any private information with the seller or anyone else. If what you had before was a buyers agent and they did not do what was in your best interest write a letter to your states Real Estate Commission. Buyers Agents have no attachment to the seller, unless they are a dual agent, but I do NOT recommend this at all as it means they represent both the seller and the buyer and therefore cannot be loyal to both parties. They must tell you this upfront and if they are, I’d find someone else. Good brokers do not allow Dual Agencies, but they are legal in some states. For them to become your "Buyer’s agent" you will sign a contract, they do not get paid unless they find a house for you and the deal gets closed. They can either be paid by you, by the seller, or you can make a lower offer for the house to cover the fees, also the listing broker may split her commission with your buyers agent, it all depends on that specific situation, but most of the time you as the buyer will not pay the fees, it generally comes off the selling price or the listing brokers splits. I hope this helps and if you need anything else you may contact me by email. Good Luck!
Where can I find office space rentals by realtors statistics?
I am doing a project for school and I am looking for charts, graphs, and information about office space rentals by realtors. Any assistance will be appreciated.
I am looking for charts, graphs, anything that will show positive effects of real estate in an office building. I know this sounds ridiculous but it is for school like I stated before.
I’m not exactly sure what you are looking for but here are some good sites:
www.costar.com
www.loopnet.com
Grubb & Ellis, and Cushman and Wakefield, both publish reports about the office leasing industry. Look for links like "Research", "Reports" or "White Papers".
