Fraser Valley Real Estate Video Blog #75 – June 2nd 2010

Frank Mihal video blogs about CREA's update to its 2010/2011 Canadian real estate predictions. CREA has adjusted its predictions mainly because of BC's lower than expected activity. With The Ontario and BC being the 2 major driving markets for the entire Canadian market, the numbers definitely get skewed. The Ontario market, up until this point in time, has performed just as they predicted it would. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact Frank at http://www.FrankMihal.ca

He talks about a home he saw that was an awful blue colour with pink trim all throughout! Pink and blue are great colours but not on a house!
