I need a cheap rental property for me and a friend in the northern suburbs anyone knw if any are available or any other real estate websites apart from realestate.com.au and domain.com.au…

Web sites are a good place to find an apartment or house to rent, if you want to go through the entire list to find one in your state and then city.

The best place to look for places to rent is to go to the yellow pages of your telephone book, look under property managers.

These individuals list properties for rent in certain areas, so make sure you select the areas in which you wish to rent.

Call several of the property managers listed there, tell them you want a list of properties that they have for rent. Some will fax, email or mail the list of local places to rent along with the address, number of bedrooms and bath rooms, amenities available, such as washer and dryers or gyms, the monthly rental of the unit. Most will include a rental application. These list will include the monthly rental required, if a lease or month to month agreement will be signed. They will also indicate if they will accept Section 8 vouchers.

They might indicate a web site that you might visit to get their list of places to rent. It does not cost to get a rental list from a reputable property manager.

Some will require you to stop by their office and pick up the list. A lot of them post their list outside so the list are available 24/7 360.

Make sure you don’t fall for the scams and purchase a list as 70%-80% of these list are composed of free list they have compiled. They are not the property managers of any property in most instances.

You might also google Property managers in whatever city or community you want to live in and see what comes up. Again do not pay for this information as it is free from reliable property managers.

My mom and dad haf been married 15yrs he didnt use 2 do stuff and is getting worse his dad is the same way we currently r having finacial issues but dad is so lazy he wont work he thinks he does that no joke he thinks he makes all the money and he doesnt have a job my mom runs a realestate appraisel business which made good money at one time and now isnt doin so well he is convinced that he cant work cuz he needs 2 be here 2 paybills he took all of moms credit cards and accounts and she is jus trying to pay the bill and he has a chronic money spending problem and wants to buy boats sports cars airplanes etc. all the time stuff we dont need and he keeps for 5 min buys sumtin else and then when he spends all the money she makes on stupid stuff he HAS A FIT and tells mom she is stealing money (im 15 and im highly involoved in it) he will hit her 2 day he picked up scissors and told her he was gonna stab her and broke a stair railing part and he has thrown things at me b4 he tried 2 tell my mom get out! and she said im not leavin my kids once he told her the only way ur leaving me is in a body bag! and he is an ex cop he thinks he is above the law he is always yellin and throwin shit all that time i have a younger sister 11 and 5 horses (that need cared for) 2 dogs 25cats (barn cats except 3) and 3 rabbits and she is scared to say she wants a divorce cuz 1 he would literally prolly kill her 2. He would go 2 court and try and get a forced sale and mom can pay for all this if he takes his bad credit card bills and his truck and things w/ him he would hav 2 wouldnt he?? idk i need help we dont kno wat to do (i have a 22 yr old bro and his g/f live in a apartment above r barn) Wat do we do???? We need help and he cant kno he cannot kno he would flip out! She cant hardly get any money he goes 2 the post office and takes it all that she makes and puts it away! help!

Sounds like your mom doesn’t really want to leave. There are a hundred things you can do to ensure your and your children’s safety in a situation like this. She needs to go out and talk to a lawyer, get advise on how she should proceed and then go to the police. If there are that many of you children then she has plenty of witnesses to the situation. She has allowed him to continue this behavior and I really have no pity for her, I do feel for the children that are involved though. If she doesn’t want to leave him, she is putting all of you in danger, financial, physical, and emotional. She needs to see a lawyer immediately or this will never end, only keep getting worse. Good luck, I hope your mom has enough back bone to do what is right by her family. You can get protection if you ask for it.

To sell Real Estates oline you need to use classifieds – best option and is where people are mostly. Classifieds such as http://www.sellit-right.com is good and accepts property sellers / advertisers. Others such as http://www.classifieds.co.uk is another oe to use.

Have you tired Video and word of mouth marketing techniques and also Blogging and also Leaflet distribution.

This is the way to file a complaint against any one who deals in contracts or business… Call the State Attorney Generals Office and request a complaint form from the Comsumer Protection Dept. They will send you a form to fill out and return in the snail mail, included with the form will be the instructions on how to fill the form out. Be clear and concise with your information and have evidence available when they request it. If you are not completely satisfied with this answer there are some other route that you can take such as filing a complaint with the State Board of Realtors just to mention a few. Local and State and Federal tax plus lawn care and maintanance must be taking its toll. The cold weather makes it harder to take care of abandon property in particular since the pipes can break if left unchecked.

They are sitting on them until the market really improve. See what happened to Silverado S&L back in the 1990’s. In the late 90’s, the assets were sold for a huge profit.
