Maybe they could move those buildings
down to Mexico
Maytag just moved their manufacturing down there, smart move ,they can sell their appliances down there, at least they have jobs.
I don’t think their going to need the parking structure though , most of them take the bus to work and don’t have cars.

They could turn the property back to farm land, that could provide jobs for us since we don’t have manufacturing anymore!

It’s happening here …
It’s happening here in Toronto, Canada. The mass media here is completely lying to the public as well.
And our government is using subprime mortgages AKA Variable Rates to get people into gigantic mortgages.
We are screwed.

i need to get a building for my photography business. I am not if i could move out to CA but I will look in other areas (NY and NJ)… I know I have to be careful about the property taxes, other tax, and other zoning issues.

No problem in New Jersey we are building warehouses planning many more. We are building condos anywhere we can stick them wetlands,flood plains, old forest remnants. CNN declaired to day the recession is over.

stuff is like this everywhere. Circuit City and Compusa went belly up here, and no one claimed the empty space yet. There are other “for lease” signs popping up all over too. Just who is going to occupy all this? NO ONE.
