One might not know what's going on and the other does not return your call. I prefer working one agent only and one telephone number to call and one person to blame things go wrong. A lot of agents will happily show you houses and give advice for free, in the hopes that you will buy a house through them. Once you have settled on a house it is a matter of seeing who can get you a better deal. Finally, this is kind of off- topic, but I would do some research into the real estate market near your area before you buy. The market is going down the tubes these days and you may regret buying a house ten years from now. Of course, prices are the lowest they have been in decades, so it could also be the best investment you will ever make.
