Frank Mihal video blogs about the recent release of the November 2009 stats from the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. 1,522 sales were processed through the board in November which is approximately 200% higher then the 507 sales of November 2008! Total number of active listings decreased 5.4% from October to November to a total of 8,334. Frank states that heading into the December market which is typically a slower time of year, things are looking great!
