Starting something like a doggy day care would mean capital, would you be able to spare some with three kids plus planning to take care of you mom?

I think that if you want security and career development it would be best to not go with something that you are not sure will be stable. Starting your own business is pretty risky and should you try getting a loan for business, it would also have to be very well thought out. Most people would think why go for the mundane and what you do not want to do but for you, you aren’t the only person who will be affected. I suggest you take an office job, if you don’t like your previous duties, then work hard and smart to either move up or be able to transfer to another department. That way, you can be secure and have stability. Think of doing what you want when you can afford to do so but attend to your needs first.

Out of curiosity, if you been doing what you’ve been doing for 15 years, why didn’t you try working your way out of the position you were in before?

sounds like you really ident plan out your future… why do u have 15 years in cash handling and office duties if you dont wanna do that?? i wud think you wud have found out that you disliked it by the first year…

Open a doggy day care. They are booming in my area right now, you would be amazed at what people pay for their dogs to be taken care of when they are at work. You have the office skills to run a business, and a love of animals. Either that or a dog walker, they make good money too.
