As long as what they told the person is true, which you just said it is, then it is not slander. You did call and complain about it. Now the builder wants full price. So everything is true, so no slander.

As far as it being ethical or professional, it sure doesn&#039;t sound that way. But it also doesn&#039;t sound lilke anything you can sue them over or anything. But if you want to try, go for it.
