Addis Ababa can be …
Addis Ababa can be one of the international city, provided foregin
investment is allowed in the realestate and tourism.Weather is all year good,not hot and not very cold.Just like Dubai,Thailand let foreginers come to this city and spent their winter months when it is very cold and snowey in their own country.This will create lots of Jobs
for locals and infusion of foregin capital.

Moving to Addis for good on November 1st. I am looking to buy in Sunshines development. Like Rasxilinx said cash is king in Ethiopia. Middle class is very small, but will grow as more business people like myself mover there and start companies. Lets make it the next Dubai.

I am Ethiopian and I will be honest with you. In Ethiopia if you have money you live very good life. You can get top quality health care everything else. But, ‘that is a big but’, if you are poor life is very hard. I also know things are getting better and we Ethiopians will work hard to make peoples life better.

Look at the Ethiopian taxi (0.36), the one with white on top and blue on the bottom. But I have to say there is a lot of poverty in our country, it time we will overcame that as well. I am an Engineering (Embedded Systems) student on my last year. After I make my money within five years, I plan to go back home and invest on a house and business. With hard work and positive attitude we Africans can make it!!!
