Hi Jim, These 2 …
Hi Jim, These 2 houses are similar in size to ours and the first house is similar in layout to our home. If the great room and backyard are the primary concerns to people buying a house we should be in good shape when we go to sell. Nice Vid Jim ! Mike & Liz in Highlands Ranch, CO.

I took the intro RE class at city back in 2008 and I intend to go straight to broker via online courses if possible because I figure this knowledge is worth my time to pick up before I get serious about buying later this decade.
As for rates, I think we’re going to see 3.5% fixed 30s before 7.5%, but that’s my guess from what the Japanese had to do to keep their system from melting down to pools of glass

lol…she called in sick! I have an 18 yr old and 23 yr old…. even if she doesn’t jump on what you’re trying to teach her, you’re planting seeds and down the road it might be something she jumps on. My mother was a successful realtor and I would have thought I’d set my hair on fire before doing real estate but…. I still have my hair and license for 25 years
