When are these people going to realize that they are asking for too much money (in terms of pricing that people can afford in Los Angeles county) for their property? Also, I love all the street noise.

209,000 grand!!! for a single 2 bedroom 1 bath house?! that’s really overpriced! I mean the asking price is probably typical around that area. If I have such money, I can buy a better, bigger house in TX.

Maybe interesting …
Maybe interesting is the wrong word. We dont get the opportunity to hear about house prices and comparisons to ours. I have been following how residents r losing their homes due to the lending fiasco. Our banks r regulated to prevent that, although some banks invested in that sceme. I assume the low prices r from forclosures and the banks need to recoup at a loss.
Thanks for the reply.

Hey John, I live in Canada but I find it interesting to know the price of real estate there. After seeing the news of the housing fiasco all over the USA, we Canadians care about the people that fell between the cracks there. Keep up all the entertainment u so ceatively offer.
